In summary, it prohibits unlawful or harmful conduct, technical abuse (scraping, automated access that bypasses rate limits or plan restrictions, penetration testing without authorisation), intellectual-property infringement and deceptive content, and circumventing the terms of a Connected Account (Google Calendar / Microsoft 365) or an authorised external client. See the Terms of Service page and the published Terms for the exact, enforceable wording.
Reporting misuse
Reports of a suspected violation, or security concerns, should go through the contact channel published on the Terms of Service / Privacy Policy pages.
