Refund Policy
PrimeCal is a hosted cloud SaaS at app.primecal.eu — there is no self-hosted option, so there is exactly one Refund Policy, governing every user.
The Refund Policy covers Paddle's role as Merchant of Record, the express consent to immediate performance given at checkout and the resulting waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content (Article 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU), the default no-refund position, the defined exceptions — non-conformity, technical non-delivery, duplicate or erroneous charges, unauthorised transactions, discontinuation of the service — chargebacks, and how to submit a request.
This page intentionally does not restate the policy. Maintaining the legal text in one place only — the published page above — is what keeps this documentation and the live policy from drifting apart.
Practical guidance
For what cancelling actually does to your access and data, and how a refund request is made in practice, see Cancelling and Refunds in the user guide.
Contact
Refund requests go to Paddle, the Merchant of Record, using the contact details on your invoice or receipt. Questions about the policy itself should go through the contact channel published on the Refund Policy page.
