Terms of Service
PrimeCal is a hosted cloud SaaS at app.primecal.eu — there is no self-hosted option, so there is exactly one Terms of Service, governing every user.
Current, legally binding version
The Terms of Service cover account usage, subscriptions and billing (including the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms incorporated by reference), data ownership, service availability, termination, and the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 11 — see the Acceptable Use Policy page for a summary).
This page intentionally does not restate the terms. Maintaining the legal text in one place only — the published page above — is what keeps this documentation and the live terms from drifting apart.
