Terms of Service

The Terms of Service (ToS) govern your rights and obligations when using PrimeCal. The applicable terms depend on how PrimeCal is deployed in your organization.

For Cloud / Hosted Deployments​

If you access PrimeCal through a hosted provider (e.g., https://app.primecal.eu), the Terms of Service are set by the hosting organization. Contact your provider or system administrator to obtain the current Terms of Service document.

For Self-Hosted Deployments​

If your organization runs its own PrimeCal instance, your legal and compliance team is responsible for drafting and publishing applicable Terms of Service for your users. Key areas typically covered in a calendar application ToS include:

  • Account usage — eligibility, registration, account responsibilities
  • Acceptable use — prohibited activities (see Acceptable Use Policy)
  • Data ownership — who owns the calendar data you create
  • Service availability — uptime commitments and maintenance windows
  • Termination — conditions under which accounts may be suspended or terminated
  • Modifications — process for updating terms
