An official PrimeCal community forum is coming. In the meantime, here's how to connect and get help.

Getting Help Today​

While a dedicated community space is being set up, the best ways to get peer help and share knowledge are:

  • Documentation — The full User Guide, FAQ, and Troubleshooting sections are updated with each release and cover the most common questions.
  • Your colleagues — If you're using PrimeCal within an organization, your team may already have tips specific to your setup. Ask your system administrator.
  • Support contact — For unresolved issues, see Support Contact.

Sharing Feedback​

User feedback directly shapes PrimeCal's development. If you have a feature request, a bug to report, or general feedback, contact your system administrator or the development team through your organization's established channel.
