Viewing Attendee Status
PrimeCal doesn't run its own invitation/RSVP system — see Inviting Attendees and Responding to Invitations. What it does do is display attendee data that came in from a synced calendar.
Where this data comes from
When an event syncs in from Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, and that event has invited attendees, PrimeCal can show:
- who was invited
- their response, where the provider reports one (accepted, declined, tentative, or no response yet)
This is exactly what Google or Outlook reports at sync time — it's not live-updated the instant someone responds; it refreshes on the next sync.
What this doesn't do
- It doesn't apply to events created directly in PrimeCal — there's nothing to display, since those events have no attendee list.
- It's read-only. PrimeCal can't change anyone's RSVP, send a reminder to a pending attendee, or notify attendees when you edit the event.
- There's no summary count or dashboard view aggregating responses across events — you're looking at one event's data at a time.
If you need to follow up with someone who hasn't responded, do it directly (or through Google/ Outlook, where the actual invitation lives) — not through PrimeCal.
