Inviting Attendees
Not supported today
PrimeCal does not have an attendee-invite feature. There is no "Attendees" field in the event form, no autocomplete for PrimeCal users or email addresses, and no invitation email sent when you create an event. Adding a colleague to an event does not notify them.
Where attendee data actually comes from
Events synced in from Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 can carry an attendee list — because Google or Outlook already sent the real invitations, and PrimeCal imports that data along with the event. See Viewing Attendee Status for what's shown.
That's a read path, not a way to create new invitations from inside PrimeCal.
What to use instead
- To let specific people see and edit an event together — put it on a calendar you share with them. See Sharing Calendars. They see the event because they can see the calendar, not because they were "invited" to it individually.
- To send a real meeting invitation with RSVP — create the event in Google Calendar or Outlook (where invitations genuinely exist), invite people there, then connect that account to PrimeCal via Google Calendar Sync or Microsoft 365 Sync so the event and its attendee list appear in PrimeCal too.
