Personal Logs

Personal Logs is your private activity and privacy screen. It helps you understand what has happened on your account without exposing system-wide admin data.

How To Open It​

  1. Open More.
  2. Select Personal logs.

What You Can Review​

Activity Table​

The activity table is useful when you want to answer questions like:

  • What changed recently?
  • Did a login fail or succeed?
  • When was a privacy action requested?
  • Did automation-related activity touch my account?

Exporting Your Data​

The Privacy actions section includes a self-service Export action. Click it and PrimeCal generates a JSON file of your personal data and downloads it immediately — no request, no waiting, no support ticket.

This is separate from the 30-day post-cancellation export window described in Cancelling and Refunds, which covers a broader export (including Connected Account data) after you've closed your account. The export here is available any time your account is active.

Requesting Account Deletion​

The same section has a Request deletion action. It doesn't delete your account immediately — it submits a request (optionally with a reason), and you can track its status in the request table on this page. This matches the account-deletion process described in Cancelling and Refunds.

Managing Consents​

Below that, you can see and change your recorded consent decisions — Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Marketing Email, Data Processing, and Cookie Analytics — each showing whether it's accepted and when, with an Accept / Revoke control. Required consents (like the Privacy Policy) can't be revoked while keeping your account active; optional ones (like Marketing Email) can be toggled freely.

Best Practices​

  • Use this page as a private review tool, not as a shared audit dashboard.
  • Check it after unusual sign-in behavior or privacy changes.
  • Keep profile settings and privacy choices aligned with what you see here.
  • If you only need to change preferences, return to the Profile Page.
