Plans and Pricing
PrimeCal has four plans. You can see the current list, and the plan you are on, at Profile menu → Subscription.
The Subscription page in the app is the authoritative source for current pricing, and the checkout total is what you actually pay — it may include VAT depending on your country. If this page and the app disagree, the app is right.
The plans
| Free | User | Family | Store | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | €0 | €4 | €12 | €29 |
| Yearly | €0 | €40 | €99 | €299 |
| Seats included | 1 | 1 | 5 | 20 |
| Card required | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
Yearly billing is charged once for the year and works out cheaper than twelve monthly payments on every paid plan.
What each plan includes
Every plan — including Free — includes the core calendar, tasks, routines, notifications, personal logs, screens, automation, external calendar sync and personal API access.

Quantity limits
Separately from on/off features, plans cap how many of certain things you can create. A blank cell means unlimited.
| Limit | Free | User | Family | Store |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Calendars | 3 | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited |
| Automation rules | 5 | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited |
| Connected sync accounts | 1 | 10 | unlimited | unlimited |
| Screens | 1 | 4 | 8 | 12 |
| Personal API keys | 2 | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited |
When you hit a limit, PrimeCal tells you which limit you reached and what the cap is, rather than failing silently. Upgrading raises the cap immediately.
Add-ons
Some capabilities can be bought as add-ons on top of your plan rather than by moving up a tier — for example extra seats or a higher limit. Add-ons appear on the Subscription page when they are available for your account, and are billed through Paddle on the same schedule as your plan.
Who bills what
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your PrimeCal subscription and any add-ons — it takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles VAT. If you run a Store plan and take bookings from your own customers, those booking payments go through Stripe Connect instead: each Store connects its own Stripe account and keeps its own payout relationship with Stripe, with no platform fee from PrimeCal.
Free trials
PrimeCal does not currently offer a free trial. The Free plan is the way to evaluate the product, and it does not expire or require a card.
