Tips for Power Users

tip

Will, who schedules his day in PrimeCal, uses W to jump to Week view every morning, T to make sure he's on today, and then clicks the 9:00 AM slot to quickly create his standup entry — all without touching the mouse.

  • Use T + M to quickly get the big-picture view of this month.
  • Use N when you think of something you need to schedule — it's faster than hunting for the button.
  • Use Escape to dismiss a modal if you opened it by accident.

Mobile Shortcuts

On mobile devices (iOS/Android app), keyboard shortcuts are replaced by gesture navigation:

  • Swipe left/right to go forward/backward in time
  • Tap a time slot in Week view to start creating an event
  • Pull down to refresh calendar data

See the Mobile App Overview for more mobile-specific guidance.
