Tips for Power Users
tip
Will, who schedules his day in PrimeCal, uses W to jump to Week view every morning, T to make sure he's on today, and then clicks the 9:00 AM slot to quickly create his standup entry — all without touching the mouse.
- Use
T+Mto quickly get the big-picture view of this month. - Use
Nwhen you think of something you need to schedule — it's faster than hunting for the button. - Use
Escapeto dismiss a modal if you opened it by accident.
Mobile Shortcuts
On mobile devices (iOS/Android app), keyboard shortcuts are replaced by gesture navigation:
- Swipe left/right to go forward/backward in time
- Tap a time slot in Week view to start creating an event
- Pull down to refresh calendar data
See the Mobile App Overview for more mobile-specific guidance.
